Billing Cycle
Your subscription automatically renews at the start of each cycle, aligning with your initial purchase date. If the following month does not have a corresponding date, the billing date will be the last day of that month.
Subscription Management
Upgrade
- Your new plan and quotas will be activated immediately upon upgrading.
- The upgrade fee will be settled after deducting the remaining value of the current cycle on a pro-rata basis.
- Your request quota will be fully reset (not accumulated).
- The upgrade date will become your new monthly billing start date.
Downgrade
- Your downgrade will take effect in the next cycle after your current paid period ends. You will continue to enjoy your original premium benefits during this period.
- You can cancel a pending downgrade at any time before it takes effect at no additional cost.
Unsubscribe
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time on the subscription page.
- After cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
