Instead of describing a problem in words, screen recording lets you quickly capture what’s happening on your screen and share it with Enia as context.

How to Record Your Screen​

  1. Start Recording
  • Click recording button on the chat box or press the shortcut to begin.
  • The system may take a few seconds to prepare before recording starts.
  1. Record Your Screen
  • The system records your entire screen.
  • Recording lasts up to 1 minute and stops automatically if the time limit is reached.
  1. Stop Recording
  • Click button or press the shortcut to stop recording at any time.
  • The saved video is automatically added to your chat, ready for Enia to analysis.

Shortcut Keys

  • Start Recording:
    • Windows: Ctrl + Alt + ;
    • Mac: Command + Option + ;
  • Stop Recording:
    • Windows: Ctrl + Alt + '
    • Mac: Command + Option + '
